Worn
Not Wasted

Worn Not Wasted sells zero-waste sewing patterns as digital downloads, helping makers create garments without the textile waste of traditional pattern cutting. We built the website and shop from the client's own designs.

The challenge

The client arrived with a clear vision and a finished design. What they needed was a developer who would bring it to life faithfully and turn it into a working shop for digital products.

The site had to:

  • Match the client's designs closely, including the distinctive side navigation.
  • Sell PDF sewing patterns with their different options, delivered instantly as downloads.
  • Give makers somewhere to share what they've made from the patterns.

The solution

We built the site to the client's designs, keeping the minimal, editorial feel and the fixed side navigation on larger screens, and making it work just as well on a phone.

The shop sells each pattern as an instant digital download with its own options and prices, and a showcase invites makers to upload their finished garments to inspire others. A newsletter sign-up with a first-order discount, along with links to TikTok and Instagram, helps turn a growing social following into customers.
